Via the Connexity Merchant Portal
You can upload your data feeds via Connexity's Merchant Portal. Navigate to the “Setup -> Data Feed” tab and follow the steps below to submit your feed:
- Set up a file delivery location: In order to submit your product feed, you will need to set up an SFTP location. You can use our SFTP or define your own FTP / SFTP / HTTP / HTTPS location.
- Upload your Product Data Feed: Once your SFTP location is set up, we'll send you your credentials. Upload your data feed to the SFTP location, and notify your account manager that your feed has been placed on the SFTP server. Your account manager will then verify that the information is correct and set your feed to live.
- YOU'RE DONE! - You can update your feed as often as you would like. Just place your feed on the SFTP server and it will automatically be processed.
SFTP File Upload Step-by-Step
- Open Filezilla or SFTP client and enter SFTP credentials. The Port should be 2233.
- Create a new folder with the directory /feed
- Locate your .csv/.txt/.xml file on your computer and drag and drop into the green box / into the feed folder.
- Email us with your SFTP credentials and filename so we can set it up in our system
- Allow up to 72 hours for a new feed to process through the system
- To update your feed simply drag and drop an updated text file with the same name to override your current listings. Click here for more help.
SFTP Basics
What is an SFTP?
SFTP stands for Secure File Transfer Protocol (also known as SSH File Transfer Protocol). It is a standard network protocol used to securely transfer files from one host to another over a network, such as the Internet. Unlike standard FTP, SFTP encrypts both your data and your login credentials, keeping your information safe from being intercepted.
What does that mean to me?
Connexity lists your products on our sites and partners to help you acquire more traffic and buyers. SFTP is the secure method that you will use to send us your product listing information, such as the product name, description, image, price, and tracking link. You will save this data in a text file that we call a data feed and use an SFTP client to safely upload the information into the Connexity system.
Where do I get an SFTP client?
In order to update your feed from your SFTP location, you must first download an SFTP client. There are many free SFTP programs such as FileZilla, which you can download here: http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client

- Create your data feed. Download the specs and find more information here.
- Create your SFTP location here: https://merchant.connexity.com/en-US/setup/data-feed
- Open your SFTP client and enter your SFTP credentials (host, username, and password).
- Create a subdirectory / feed
- Upload your file via the SFTP client.
